This Privacy Policy explains how Tinto 360 (“Tinto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Tinto 360 mobile application, websites, support services, and related platform features.
2. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
We may collect your name, email address, account identifier, language preference, date of birth or age-confirmation information, profile preferences, and information you choose to provide through My Tinto or similar account features.
Location information
With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information, including foreground and background location, timestamps, accuracy, and last-known location. We use location to identify nearby participating locations, verify presence or offer eligibility, help prevent fraud, and support location-aware features. You control location permissions through iOS Settings.
Bluetooth and nearby-signal information
With your permission, Tinto 360 may use Bluetooth to detect participating beacons or other nearby signals. We may process beacon identifiers, signal strength, detection times, confidence information, and the participating location associated with a signal.
Offer and activity information
We may collect information about offers you view, save, claim, redeem, dismiss, or allow to expire, together with related timestamps, participating businesses and locations, session activity, review activity, and account history.
Device, diagnostics, and communications
We may collect device type, operating-system version, app version, push-notification token, language, connectivity status, crash or error information, performance data, and communications you send to support.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve Tinto 360.
- Identify participating businesses and offers that may be relevant to you.
- Verify location, offer eligibility, claims, and redemptions.
- Operate your Pocket, History, account, relationship, and reward features.
- Send service messages, notifications, and authorized promotional communications.
- Detect fraud, misuse, duplicate claims, technical failures, and security incidents.
- Measure platform performance and prepare aggregated or de-identified business insights.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. Offers, Marketing, and Solicitation
When you create an account and enable promotional communications, you authorize Tinto and participating businesses to present or send lawful offers, advertisements, promotions, and solicitations from any lawful industry, including retail, restaurants, entertainment, professional services, and legal services, subject to your settings and applicable law.
Promotional content may be delivered in the app, by push notification, or by email. Telephone calls or text messages that require separate consent will be sent only when you separately provide the consent required by applicable law. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by changing your settings, using an unsubscribe method, replying STOP where supported, or contacting [email protected].
Receiving legal-services advertising does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not constitute legal advice, and does not guarantee that a lawyer or law firm will accept a matter.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information as reasonably necessary with:
- Participating businesses when needed to display, validate, claim, or redeem an offer.
- Cloud hosting, authentication, database, messaging, analytics, security, and support providers acting on our behalf.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
- A buyer, successor, or affiliated entity in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to providing services to Tinto.
6. Firebase and Service Providers
Tinto 360 may use Google Firebase services, including authentication, database, cloud functions, messaging, analytics, crash reporting, or related infrastructure, depending on the features enabled in the current build. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments while providing services to us.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account and transaction history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Manage Location, Bluetooth, and Notifications through iOS Settings.
- Change available communication and account preferences in the app.
- Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected].
- Delete your account through the app where available or by contacting support.
We may verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some information may be retained where required by law or for security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your credentials and device.
10. Children
Tinto 360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Age-restricted offers may require age confirmation and remain subject to applicable laws and participating-business rules.
11. International and State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.
12. Changes to This Policy
